1:1 Personal Brand Power Hour: Identity to Income

Registration Agreement

1. Participation Terms: By registering for the 1 Hour 1:1 Workshop with Ashley, participants agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set forth by the organizers. Participants acknowledge that they are attending of their own free will and are fully aware of the agenda described prior to the event.

2. Intellectual Property Rights: All workshop materials, including, but not limited to, handouts, worksheets, presentations, and videos, are proprietary and copyrighted by the organizers. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or display these materials without express written permission from the organizers.

3. Cancellation and Refunds: The organizers reserve the right to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registration. In such cases, full refunds will be issued to all registered participants. If a participant wishes to cancel their registration, they must do so at least 48 hours before the workshop to receive a full refund.

4. Limitation of Liability: Participants agree that the organizers, including any of its affiliates or representatives, will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind sustained while attending the workshop. This includes any injuries or damages arising from the actions of other participants.

5. Photography and Media: Participants understand that the workshop may be recorded or photographed, and hereby grant the organizers the right to use any photos, videos, or audio recordings that may contain their likeness for promotional or educational purposes.

6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from participation in the workshop will be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, legally binding arbitration. All proceedings will be held under the laws of Michigan.

7. Acceptance of Terms: By completing the registration for this workshop, participants signify their agreement to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they have read and understood all the provisions set forth herein.
